Leadership Development We use leadership development as part of our 4 building blocks for liberation by:Building up the leadership of impacted community members to share their story and advocate for change Hosting meetings with elected officials and impacted folks to share the impact of detention and deportation Supporting our members as they bloom in our leadership garden Offering ReGENerate, our summer youth program focused on leadership development and storytelling
